Bella has been a mermaid longer than Cleo,Emma, & Rikki. She became a mermaid when she was 9 in a sea cave in Ireland and jumped in. She says a week later she had a tail. She has the ability to change liquids into jelly. She demonstrated this a day after she found out Rikki & Cleo were mermaids. Bella flicked her wrist and lewis"s cup of water turned to jelly. Bella is played by Indiana Evans.
